SENATE BILL NO. 40 "An Act establishing the month of February as                                                                
Black History Month" was read the second time.                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Senator Costello moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                  
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
